Does the customer know they are being redirected?
No. The customer sees your original domain (e.g. highrisk.com/checkout) the entire time. The clean checkout page from your low-risk site loads invisibly — no new tab, no visible redirect, no suspicion.
When exactly does the redirect happen?
You choose between 3 triggers: on "Add to Cart / Buy Now / Order Now" click, on "Proceed to Checkout" click, or when the customer selects your custom payment method on the checkout page — with billing data transferred automatically in that case.
Do customers need to re-enter their billing details?
No. When using the payment method trigger (Option 3), all billing data entered on your high-risk site is transferred automatically to the low-risk checkout — the customer sees a pre-filled form and just confirms payment.
Are orders synchronized between my two sites?
Yes — automatically and instantly. As soon as a payment is confirmed on the clean checkout site, the order is synced to your original WooCommerce store in real time. No manual intervention needed.
Will my customers receive confusing emails from the checkout domain?
No. Customers only receive order notification emails from your original site (Processing, Completed, Canceled, On Hold, Failed…). The checkout domain stays completely invisible to them throughout the experience.
Does CODARAB Redirect hide product names on receipts?
Yes. Just like CODARAB Payments, product names on PayPal receipts are replaced with the WooCommerce order number (e.g. Order #1249) — protecting your store's identity from payment processors.
